This is funny.
I live in the world half way in between the Catholic world and the Evangelical world. We go to a conservative Evangelical church and send our kids to Catholic school.
Both my wife and I have a Catholic background. We would both line up squarely inside the realm of historic Christianity but from both sides we get comments and looks like we are heretics. I wish both sides would work a little harder on grace and understanding.
It is funny how many times Christians like to stuff you into a box in order to "know" where you stand, and if you don't neatly fit a category, then they don't know what to do with you. I suppose this is true in every circle, but in the Kingdom of God we do shouldn't we expect grace and understanding?
